The one-hour documentary follows Cheech Marin's decades-long journey to elevate Chicano art into the cultural mainstream, culminating in the opening of the Cheech Marin Center for Chicano Art & Culture in Riverside, California.

ARTBOUND: "THE CHEECH" continues her legacy of telling emotionally resonant, socially engaged stories. Varda brings poetic vision and personal insight to this exploration of Chicano identity, culture, and the transformative power of art. She is also the founder of Wild Rose Pictures, a production company committed to cinematic artistry and dedicated to creating meaningful entertainment.

Produced by Alessandra Pasquino, award-winning documentary producer and co-founder of GroundStorm Media, the film is a testament to her commitment to culturally rooted, artistically bold filmmaking.
