ASI Accelerates iMIS® Innovation by Acquiring CSI's Product Suite and Expert Team

ALEXANDRIA, Va. - DelhiScan -- Advanced Solutions International (ASI), a leading global provider of cloud-based constituent engagement solutions and services designed for associations and non-profits — and the developers of the iMIS Engagement Management System — announced today that it has acquired the iMIS-specific software products from long-time partner Computer System Innovations, Inc. This strategic acquisition will enable ASI to further expand and develop CSI's iMIS^® add-on modules, including:

• Data Management (better known to clients as the iMIS Data Management Suite or iDMS), including iImport, iUpdate, iSchedule, iWorkflow, and iTransfer
• Communications and Engagement, including Text Manager, iEmail Outlook Integration, and Roster Manager
• Integrations, including Microsoft Power Automate and GL Processor Cloud

CSI's Authorized iMIS Solution Provider (AiSP) business will continue under the same acronym and will retain necessary personnel required to continue to provide world-class service to clients.

CSI's product development and sales support team for the CSI products will join ASI; the professional services team for iMIS and related products will remain intact at CSI as part of the continuation of CSI as an iMIS AiSP. All CSI and ASI Clients can expect a seamless transition and the same award-winning support they have relied on in the past.
